Organised by SHC
The 1st Asian Hepatology Summit Organised by SHC
Is NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION
SHC started out simply as the Singapore Hepatitis Conference in 2014. Over the last 12 years, it has grown to three (3) distinct yet related conferences covering different aspects of hepatology.
Thus we are renaming the entire event as the Asian Hepatology Summit organised by SHC. In 2025, the 1st Asian Hepatology Summit will cover 4 events: Singapore Hepatology Conference 2025, The Asian HBV/HDV Endpoints Consensus Meeting, Singapore MASLD Symposium and the GP Symposium.
In 2025, the Singapore Hepatology Conference will be holding its conference at the Sheraton Towers Hotel from 22 August to 24 August. SHC 2025 will include:
The Singapore Hepatology Conference which is focused on short, sharp and focused updates for the busy clinician covering all aspects of liver disease that are important for clinical practice.
The Science of HBV Cure Meeting which is focused on encouraging an exchange of ideas between scientists and clinicians from academia and pharmaceutical companies in their quest for a cure to Hepatitis B.
The Singapore MASLD Symposium (SMS) which focuses on the rapid advances in treating fatty liver disease or MASLD.
The GP Symposium is a half day symposium designed to update General Practitioner on relevant clinical practises for managing liver disease in primary care.

SHC organising the 1st Asian Hepatology Summit
Chairman’s Message
The Singapore Hepatology Conference began in 2013, and is now a well-recognised meeting all over Asia. However, the meeting no longer encompasses Singapore, but has become an Asia-wide meeting bringing together experts to provide short succinct summaries of new developments in liver disease necessary for practising clinicians, both generalists and specialists. We have expanded the meeting over the last 12 years, growing to three (3) distinct yet related meetings covering General Hepatology, MASLD and the Science of HBV Cure. In recognition of these developments we are renaming the Singapore Hepatology Conference, the Asian Hepatology Summit (AHS) organised by SHC.
In 2025, AHS will host
• A general hepatology meeting
• The Asian HBV/HDV Endpoints Consensus Meeting
• The Singapore MASLD Symposium and
• A General Practioner Symposium
