- Singapore based Physicians, may register free of charge after providing their MCR Number,
- Singapore based Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals may register free of charge after providing their SNB Number or Allied Health Professional ID Number. (Allied Health Professionals include Dietitians, Nutritionists, Pharmacists, Laboratory Technologists, Paramedics.)
